By registering an account or using any services on the 4matic platform, you legally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or services.
Continued use of the 4matic platform after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay updated.
This platform is intended solely for individuals 18 years or older and within jurisdictions where online betting and gaming are legal. By registering, you confirm you meet the required age and residency criteria.
Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
Each user is allowed only one account on the 4matic platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 4matic reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and request supporting documents before processing withdrawal transactions. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts.
Password and Account Security
Users are fully responsible for safeguarding their account username and password. Any activity under your account will be deemed to be performed by you. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact 4matic support immediately at [email protected]. We are not responsible for any losses due to user negligence in securing their account.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 4matic platform, you agree to comply with all the following rules without exception:
- Do not use the platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law or local laws applicable to you.
- Do not attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform’s system for illegal gain.
- Do not share your account with others or allow third parties to place bets or conduct transactions using your account.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written permission from 4matic.
- Do not distribute or publish defamatory, insulting, obscene, or illegal content through any communication channels on the platform.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or internal platform systems without authorization.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of accounts, freezing of balances, and legal action where necessary.
Payment and Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 4matic platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Boost, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX (online banking). Available payment methods may change from time to time based on platform operational needs.
Deposit Conditions
Deposits made into 4matic accounts are final and non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management under specific circumstances. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by the platform and may vary depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals can only be made to accounts verified and registered under the same user’s name. 4matic reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing time ranges from 24 to 72 working hours depending on the method chosen and verification required.
Any attempt to commit money laundering or use the platform for illegal financial activities will be reported to authorities and involved accounts will be terminated immediately.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limits
4matic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee that services will be available uninterrupted at all times.
4matic’s maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, graphics, text, and software on the 4matic platform are the exclusive property of 4matic or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, publish, or exploit any part of the platform’s content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links: If the platform contains links to third-party websites, 4matic is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Term Updates
Account Suspension and Closure
4matic reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of term violations, fraudulent activities, fake registrations, or harm to the platform or other users.
If an account is closed due to breach of terms, 4matic reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance if fraud or misuse is involved. For user-initiated account closure, any remaining balance will be returned after verification is complete.
Changes to These Terms
4matic reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the platform website. Users are responsible for checking these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with relevant laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through processes determined by 4matic management. Users agree not to publicly claim against 4matic beyond the liability limits set out herein.
